Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your industry network to secure live performances, endorsements, and strategic opportunities for artists.
- Independently negotiate contracts and secure competitive performance fees.
- Strategically develop artists, helping them grow beyond bookings into long-term careers.
- Identify and approach venues, festivals, and promoters to expand our agency’s reach.
- Work with minimal oversight, making strategic decisions that align with both artist and agency goals.
Who We’re Looking For
We want to meet individuals who:
- Proven experience as a talent agent, booking agent, or in a similar role within a talent agency, record label, or major music events company.
- Established industry relationships (venue managers, festival organizers, promoters, A&Rs, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and deliver results without micromanagement.
- Strong contract negotiation and deal-making skills.
- Passion for developing talent and strategically guiding artists’ careers.
