Momentum Music Talent Agency is seeking an experienced, relationship-led Artist Booking Agent to join our Artist Division.
This role is designed for a seasoned agent or booking professional who understands that meaningful artist careers are built through strategic placements, long-term relationships, and value protection, not volume bookings or scripted sales.
As an Artist Booking Agent at Momentum, you will represent artists holistically, securing opportunities that align with their career stage, positioning, and long-term growth, while acting as a steward of the agency’s reputation and standards across the industry.
This role requires high autonomy, sound judgment, and deep industry credibility. You will work independently while collaborating closely with the CEO on strategy, deal alignment, and artist direction.

Autonomy & Decision-Making AuthorityYou will have authority to:
- Pitch and represent artists to promoters, venues, festivals, and industry partners
- Negotiate performance fees and deal terms within Momentum’s agreed agency frameworks
- Recommend strategic opportunities aligned with both artist and agency goals
Final sign-off on non-standard, high-risk, or exceptional deals sits with the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure strategic live performance opportunities aligned with each artist’s career stage and positioning
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with promoters, venues, festivals, and key industry partners
- Negotiate performance fees and deal terms that protect artist value and future leverage
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, touring, operations) to ensure bookings translate into real career momentum
- Guide artists beyond one-off gigs into sustainable, professional careers
- Act as a representative of Momentum’s standards, professionalism, and artist-first ethos in the marketplace
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who have:
- Proven experience as a Talent Agent, Artist Booking Agent, or similar role
- Established industry relationships with promoters, venues, festivals, and decision-makers
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgment
- The ability to operate independently without micromanagement
- A genuine passion for artist development and long-term career strategy

- Script-based sales professionals
