Momentum Music Talent Agency is seeking a highly organised, ambitious Junior Artist Booking Agent to support our Artist Division and grow into a strategic booking professional within the agency.
This role is designed for someone at the early stage of their booking or music industry career who wants to learn the craft properly not through scripts or volume booking, but through understanding how real artist careers are built, protected, and scaled over time.
As a Junior Artist Booking Agent at Momentum, you will work closely with senior agents and the CEO to support artist representation, booking processes, and relationship management, while developing the commercial, strategic, and professional skills required to progress into a full Artist Booking Agent role.
This is a learning-led position with clear expectations, structure, and progression.

Responsibilities& Scope
As a Junior Artist Booking Agent, you will:
- Support senior agents with live booking enquiries and artist opportunities
- Assist with outreach to promoters, venues, festivals, and industry partners
- Help prepare pitches, artist decks, fee guidance, and booking proposals
- Manage booking administration, confirmations, contracts, and calendars
- Observe and learn fee negotiation and deal structures within Momentum’s frameworks
- Track artist opportunities, performance history, and career progression
- Uphold Momentum’s professionalism, communication standards, and artist-first ethos
- Gradually take ownership of selected artists or opportunities as capability increases
