Event Bookings Representation – Requirements

To be considered for event bookings representation, you must have the following:
​We can only accept submissions from acts who already hold these certificates.

Video Submissions We’re Looking For...​

We require performance footage that clearly demonstrates your sound, professionalism, and stage presence.
We accept video links via YouTube, Instagram, Google Drive, or Dropbox.
1. Home Performance
​Recorded in a home or studio environment, usually with a backing track.
  • Smartphone or DSLR footage accepted
  • Clear audio and visuals are essential
2. Live Acoustic or PA Performance
Recorded using a smartphone or camera to capture a realistic, stripped-back sound.
  • Ideal for singers, duos, or acoustic acts, live bands
3. Full Live Event Performance
​Footage from weddings, corporate events, or private functions.
  • Shows real-world stage presence, audience engagement, and professionalism
  • Strongly encouraged for bands and full live acts

The primary contact listed in your submission will be contacted about the status of your entry. Successful submissions we hope to notify ​in due course.

> Public Liability Insurance Certificate (at least £5 Million+ Cover Required)
> Portable Appliance Testing Certificate (PAT if applicable )
> Media/Press Kit​
> Social Media Links
> Visual Material -  High quality visuals
> Photography -  High quality photos
> Any media additional content
