We are seeking a proactive Booking Agent – Sales & Operations to manage inbound enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and support the overall booking pipeline. We are seeking a proactive Booking Agent – Sales & Operations to manage inbound enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and support the overall booking pipeline. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all inbound enquiries from weddings, private events, and small-scale corporate clients.
- Conduct lead qualification to identify serious bookings.
- Follow up promptly via email, phone, WhatsApp, or CRM to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle administrative aspects of bookings, including contracts, invoices, and scheduling.
- Maintain and update the CRM to ensure all client interactions are logged accurately.
- Support medium-term B2B leads handed over by the CEO/Founder (warm leads only — no cold outreach required).
- Work closely with the wider Momentum team to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales/admin workflows is a plus.
