Division: Booking Division
Contract: Commission-based (with structured incentives & progression)
Location: Remote / Hybrid

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Booking Agent – Sales & Operations to manage inbound enquiries, convert leads into confirmed bookings, and support the overall booking pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with clients, and takes ownership of follow-ups and administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to all inbound enquiries from weddings, private events, and small-scale corporate clients.
  • Conduct lead qualification to identify serious bookings.
  • Follow up promptly via email, phone, WhatsApp, or CRM to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Handle administrative aspects of bookings, including contracts, invoices, and scheduling.
  • Maintain and update the CRM to ensure all client interactions are logged accurately.
  • Support medium-term B2B leads handed over by the CEO/Founder (warm leads only — no cold outreach required).
  • Work closely with the wider Momentum team to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales/admin workflows is a plus.
