You have the idea, we will create the blueprint. 

We will design a successful road map template up to 6 months before your event date, allowing you time to implement your goals and objectives for your event. We will create a budget template, assist in finding the best a venue and attend a site visit.

Event Coordination

On the day coordination is our specialty, we will ensure your'e experience is stress free allowing you to enjoy the event and know that it's in good hands of experts.

We will provide stage management where every part of your event  is scheduled to time and communicated efficiently. Artist liaison is involves looking after artists, speakers and hosts, this means ensuring their rider and sorted and they arrive to the venue on time for soundcheck.
