Title: Event Manager

Role Summary
You will be responsible for booking music artists live performances including concerts, gigs, tours, radio and TV performances.
Starting Salary Range: TBC

The role of an Event Manager involves planning, organising, coordinating, and executing various aspects of Momenutms events, such as concerts, live events, festivals, and more. Event Managers are responsible for overseeing all logistical details, including venue selection, budget management, vendor coordination, guest communication, marketing and promotion, and on-site event supervision.
Key responsibilities of an Event Manager include:
1. Understanding client requirements and objectives for the event.
2. Developing event concepts, themes, and timelines.
3. Securing event venues, catering services, entertainment, and other necessary vendors.
4. Creating and managing event budgets.
5. Coordinating event logistics, such as transportation, accommodations, and audiovisual equipment.
6. Communicating with clients, vendors, and attendees to ensure a seamless event experience.
7. Handling event promotion and marketing efforts to attract attendees.
8. Overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown.
9. Managing any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event.
10. Evaluating event success and gathering feedback for future improvements.
