What to expect

"These shows were a brainchild from loving to perform how I was classically trained on the violin, with my love for pop, hiphop and rap music.
Though classical juxtaposed with modern pop, hiphop and rap music are sonically very different, both sides have a rich and distinct history and sound which are used together more commonly than people may expect (think Beethoven’s “Fur Elise” in hiphop legend Nas’ “I Can”) - though not as obvious."​

"In lockdown, I finally had the time to start experimenting with this with freedom on my social media, and that source of freedom unknowingly shaped the direction of my career post-covid. I’ve been able to play for and work with artists who saw and enjoyed my work during lockdown, which has given me so much more knowledge about what it means to be a ‘classical musician’ in this modern era.
The show will showcase and marry both genres in both very different ways and opens frequent listeners of either/both genres to hear it interpreted in another setting."
