Role Summary
You will be responsible for booking live performances including concerts, gigs, tours, radio and TV performances for artists, bands, DJs, choirs, orchestras and other musical ensembles.

The role of a music talent agent is to represent and promote musicians, bands, and other musical acts in securing opportunities for performances, recordings, endorsements, and other career opportunities. Music talent agents work on behalf of their clients to negotiate contracts, book gigs, and manage their overall career trajectory. They also act as a liaison between the artists and industry professionals, such as record labels, event organizers, and promoters, to help advance their clients' careers and maximize their exposure and earning potential. Additionally, music talent agents provide guidance, support, and strategic advice to their clients to help them navigate the music industry and achieve their professional goals.
Key duties of a music booking agent include:
1. Identifying and contacting potential venues, festivals, and events for booking opportunities.
2. Negotiating performance fees, terms, and contracts on behalf of your clients.
3. Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, and technical requirements for performances.
4. Promoting your clients to increase their visibility and attract new booking opportunities.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with industry contacts, including venue managers, event organizers, and other music professionals.
6. Managing scheduling conflicts and ensuring that bookings align with your clients' career goals.
7. Providing support and guidance to your clients on various aspects of their music career, such as marketing and branding.
